Message	puzzled me (though you need to get the number down below 12:1), it was the lack of power and the amount of boost that you were making. Check it out, my money is on the belt being off. I don't know if that will cure your lean condition. If it doesn't, you may want to get a fuel tuning unit (Like the AFC) to correct the lean condition if fixing this problem (the lack of power) doesn't take care of your lean air fuel ratio.
